Tala Talhouni

Hi everyone! I’m a PhD student working under the supervision of Dr. Cory Harris and Dr. David Overy. My research focuses on profiling natural products from Fusarium avenaceum, and analyzing their biological activity to better understand its disease mechanism. Beyond my love for science, I love to paint, draw, play guitar, eat chocolate, and try new coffee shops. I’m excited to merge my passion for science and art as the illustrator for CBGSA.
